Tonight we had homemade Chinese food for dinner. Lindsee goes to a Charter school and is required to take a foreign language, she chose to take Chinese. Since yesterday was the beginning of the Chinese New Year she was offered the opportunity to earn extra credit by preparing a Chinese meal. So with the help of her wonderful mother and grandpa we put together a GREAT meal!!!
We made Mandarin Chicken....
Fried Rice...
Egg Rolls....
and last but not least Fortune Cookies (I bought these but don't tell)
And best of all we had a great time preparing dinner together!!!!
