The kids and I have a quest to find a hot sauce or salsa that is too hot for Jeff not matter how hard we try or how many Habanero Peppers I put in salsa, nothing and I mean nothing is hot enough for that man. I have even quit asking him to taste test the things that I make because he always says "oh this it just fine not too hot" well when we sit down to eat everyone of us has smoke coming out our ears and our mouths are on fire.
So on Tuesday we went to Grove Market to get sandwiches for lunch and they have an isle full of different kinds of hot sauce. Lindsee had one picked out then she noticed that there were some behind the counter and asked to see one of them. Now I knew that if you had to ask to see it then it MUST be hot. Well the bottle says it is 750 times hotter than a jalapeno pepper so once again I knew it was hot and all Lindsee could think was we just have to get it for dad. SO after warnings from other customers and the crazy looks I gave in and we got it. Lindsee wrapped it up nice and tight and we gave it to him this morning. That is HILARIOUS!!! My husband is the same way about HOT salsas and sauce. TOO FUNNY!!! I might have to try it out!!!
That's too funny. I don't like spicy things so ANYTHING is too hot for me.
By the way, I think that if you delete my blog and re-enter it, it will show up at the bottom with Melanie's and not say the last time I posted was 4 weeks ago. Just so you know...
